4/14 - I did Jason Walsmith's tour laundry after The Nadas completed a 5000 mile trek out to the west coast and back.  He was pretty impressed when I told him I used no detergent and no hot water.  The clothes came in smelling like deisel fuel, smoke and sweat, and he got them back smelling great!  I have also been going through my house looking for reallly dirty things to wash and came upon an area rug from the bathroom off the garage.  I've vacuumed it of course, but in the 20 months I've had it - never washed it.  I couldn't believe that it came out clean AND soft (I don't use softner any more either!) The stinkiest stuff I have are my workout clothes, which I always wash in hot and then use Downey to soften.  They passed the test! This coming week I'm going to have Brad Ehrlich bring in his work clothes from Habitat for Humanity!
